Hi, I've come to my 5th Great Grandparents c.1780 in Killarney town. Bryan Sweeny and Ellen Scannell registering the R.C. baptism of Terence Sweeny in 1802 the Bryan and Ellen. If anyone comes to their parents documented marriage circa 1801?
I'm guessing they stayed out of the way of rebellious folk - anybody know good records for that time?

Catholic records for Killarney parish start as early as 1785, so hopefully you may be able to find some church records relating to the family.

Also, as most Catholic records are still held locally you could also try contacting the local parish priest for some possible assistance:
