Hoping soemone can correctly identify the locations in County Cork for me. I am providing the exact spelling for two distinct names of loactions, but am unable to match them directly to a location in County Cork?

Suggestion for the second place name - town & townland of Ballinrostig, which is in Rostellan civil parish not far from the town of Whtegate, Co. Cork. See the entry for the townland on the placename database : Ballinrostig

"Ballinrostig" seems to be a good bet
John Grenham suggested Possibly "Inchingerig" - https://www.logainm.ie/en/13186?s=Inchingerig. I will look at both. According to Griffith's Valuation both "Inchingerig" and "Inchigeelagh" have the surname I am seeking, 'Sweeney'. I am hoping possibly Church records will confirm.

Iveleary, Cork and Ross - Catholic Parish Registers at the NLIWork out what age Catherine was when she died or any census records and look for the year + and - 2 years.
If you join Rootsireland for a month you could find the family plus others in there.
Easier to search. by name.This is the main site link

When you find Catherine's approx age let me know please.
