Hi,
I am trying to trace relatives for a friend of mine living in the US. Andrew Joseph Logan was born in Galway about 1820. He emmigrated to the US in 1848 together with his brother Patrick and sister Ann. His mother was possibly called Margaret.
He married Julia Joy from Tralee in the 1850's and his profession is listed as a cabinet-maker on the US census return.
According to Griffiths Valuation, there was a Denis Logan living in Moyrus in 1855.
Is anyone familiar with this family or would there still be Logans living in the Moyrus area?
Many thanks,
Ann Marie Fair
