Hi,
I am trying to trace the family of Andrew Joseph Logan who was born about 1820. He emmigrated to the US in 1848; his brother Patrick and sister Ann also emmigrated to the States. It is possible that his mother was called Margaret.
Andrew married Julia Joy from Tralee in the 1850's in the US. He listed his profession as a cabinet maker.
According to Griffiths Valuation for 1855 John, Patrick and Thomas Logan are listed for Kilcummin.
Is this story familiar to anyone and are there still Logans living in the Kilcummin area?
Many thanks,
Ann Marie Fair
