Looking for Genealogist/Historian with knowledge of Monaghan, specifically Muckno/Castleblayney areas

Hello it appears there is no volunteer in Castleblaney as no answer has appeared, the National Library has a list of  professional genealogists and you may find one on the list to suit at http://www.nli.ie/en/commission-research.aspx 

If not you could write to the local newspapers in Monaghan or Meath, the Meath Chronicle is the Meath weekly paper and Northern Standard and local Journal, sometimes if you search on Facebook local areas have a page for history / genealogy or news etc 

Bear in mind Irish recods at that remove are not great.

many thanks for your kind reply, it is very much appreciated. I will look into the areas you have suggested. I do understand that my brick wall may be due to insufficient or missing records for the time period i need.
