Hello- I am looking for information on Thomas Holleran born 1829 to John and Elizabeth (Keating) Holleran. I am visiting County Kilkenny in a couple weeks and would like to visit their Parish and any graves that may still exist.
Any information and documentation is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Kat:
I searched the subscription site Roots Ireland for all of Ireland and did not find a baptismal record for Thomas Holleran with the parents names you provided. Possibly, he was baptized in a parish which does not have records back to 1829. The surname Holleran was mainly found in Co. Galway and Co. Clare and was not common in Co. Kilkenny.

Kat,
Can you provide more info? Thomas's marriage? emigration? place he lived and died? wife's name? children's names, in order?
There were Hollerans in Kilkenny. But some online trees with your Hollerans, names claim they came from Co. Clare. No proof though.

1861 was 'Johney', 1864 Catharine, 1868 Bridget, 1870 Anna, 1875 Michael, 1877 there is a Susan, but I am not sure that is for this Thomas and Mary. Mary died in 1886 and was buried in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania.
