My great grandfather John Kennedy was born in (or around) Cork in about 1840. Lots of John Kennedys in that area at the time. May have had brothers Dann, Michael or Martin. Unsure, but that's what he named his sons. Emmigrated to NY in about 1858. Has anyone come across such a batch of names?

We would really need the names of the parents of the Kennedy brothers to try and Identify where in Co. Cork they came from. Do you have a death record or obit that might contain the parents names?
