Martin Coyne is the deceased father of Mary Coyne (My Great Grandmother) on her marriage to Charles Alfred Fletcher 7 March 1892. In Census Returns his place of birth is Ireland and Mary's place of birth is Liverpool I assume that is where Martin landed.

Martin Coyne is a very common name in Ireland. For example there are 100 people of that name in the 1901 Irish census. You need to narrow the search otherwise it?s a needle in a haystack.
I would start by trying to find the family in Liverpool. You know Mary was born there and you should have her age, so have you searched for a birth certificate for her? That should give you both parents names and an indication of when they may have married. Have you found the family in English censuses? If so, what was the mother?s forename and where was she born?
