Looking for the Mellody Family

Just to add some details to assist anyone who may recognize this family - in 1901 this Mellody family lived at Clonsheecahill townland, Killmordaly civil parish Co. Galway, the townland is located to the north east of the town of Loughrea. Head of the family James Mellody a farmer, and wife Bridget Fahey. Delia's birth was registered as Bridget - Delia is a variant or nick-name for Bridget.

How do I get a copy of Delia's birth cetificate? Would there be a Town Hall or City Hall that I should contact?

Also I am looking for anyone from the Mellody family that is currently living in Galway? Please send any recomendations?
