As with your other query, some dates would help here.
I looked in the 1901 census for Tyrone and there were no Thom households in the Fivemiletown area at all. There were just 22 people named Thom in the county and all lived around Orritor (just west of Cookstown). One family was Church of Ireland, the rest were Presbyterian.
The Church of Ireland family likely attended Kildress church which has baptism & marriage & records from 1794 plus burials from 1828. The Presbyterians likely attended Orritor which has baptisms from 1831 and marriages from 1845.
The Church of Ireland records have been copied and are in PRONI (the public record office) in Belfast. The Presbyterian baptism records are still held by the Minister. The marriages are on the irishgenealogy site.

Marianne Thom 1856. Was my 2nd Great Grandmother. Marianne Thoms mother was Charlotte Black ( dates unknown) . I believe Marianne's fathers name was John Tomb ( spelling could have changed ) DOB 1805...this has not been confirmed. All of her 10 children (which included my Great Grandmother) were born in Cookstown but at a certain point After Marianne and her husband William John Earley they must have returned to Fivemiletown ..there was a store that the Earley family owned in Fivemiletown for many, many years and at a certain point it was owned by the Watson's (who are related to the Earleys) What I was told the Thom's had something to do with Blessingbourne, in Fivemiletown . I was trying to check on old deeds for Blessingbourne but I had a hard time . I used PRONI website

Lorna,
The 1875 marriage certificate for William Early’s marriage to Mary Thom indicates both resided in Kildress parish at that time. William lived in Corkhill and Mary in Tirmacshane.
Griffiths Valuation for 1859 lists Robert Early as having plot 6 which he farmed jointly with Andrew Early. A 20 acre farm. There was an Andrew Early farming there in 1826 according to the tithe applotment records:
http://www.irishgenealogyhub.com/tyrone/tithe-applotment-books/parish-of-kildress.php
The 1901 census lists 1 Early family in Corkhill:
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Tyrone/Oritor/Corkhill/1729727/
That appears to be the couple mentioned in your post. They seem to have moved to Derrynavogy, Fermanagh by the 1911 census:
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Fermanagh/Corralongford/Derrynavogy/522075/
Note that they had 9 children, all of whom were still alive then. Derrynavogy is about a mile south of Fivemiletown.
William died in 1912:
A possible death for Mary is 27.1.1943 aged 86 registered Lisnaskea. That’s not viewable free on-line. You need to pay to view on the GRONI website.
Griffiths Valuation lists John Thom farming plot 1 in Tirmacshane (44 acres). Next door was Hamilton Toombe on plot 2 with 10 acres.
He died in 1880 aged 75
His wife Charlotte died in 1896:
The informant was son William, so I assume this is him on 1901:

There was also a Hamilton Toombe farming in Tirmacshane in 1826.

You mention trying to search the Blessingbourne Estate records on the PRONI website. The website just contains details of the estate records. You have to go to PRONI in person to view them. (Or get a researcher to do it for you). Not sure how much you will get from those records but that’s hard to say without detail of what they hold.
