Lorigan or Lourigan + Fogarty Family; Murroe-Boher, Limerick - Info Request

I had a quick look in the parish records for Lonergan , there are only about 20 baptismal records and only 2 marriage records

Here is info regarding to the above names - you probably have this info already ,

I found six children to Patrick Lonergan and Margarer Fogarty

1. William b 8 June 1851
2. Catherine b 15 Nov 1853
3. Bartholemew b 14 May 1856
4. Daniel b 30 Oct 1858
5. Thomas b 13 Jan 1861
6. Margaret b 23 Mar 1864  address- Mongfune

Also found  4 Children to William Lonergan and Mary O'Connell ( MAria)

1. Margaret b 20 Apr 1872  Address Rath
2. Johanna b 22 May 1873
3. Patrick b 10 Mar 1875 address Farnane
4. Michael b 28 Feb 1877

For O'connell family info you will ahve to contact someone in Doon Parish.

I had the names of the children but very few of the dates and addresses so very grateful to receive these.

I would also be interested in seeing the remainder of the entries you mention, if you don't mind. I have two other children for Patrick Lonergan and Margaret Fogarty - Maria and Patrick c1849. I can't find the source so I don't know if this information is correct or not. If not, possibly a related family? I understand that there may still be Lorigans in this area.

Were you able to find a marriage for Patrick Lonergan and Margaret Fogarty? What are the starting dates for these records?

Or any information about Fogartys at all? Could she/they be from Abington? I'm not sure where that is in relation to Murroe / Mongfune.

I have also posted the message to the Doon Parish as you suggested.

Abington is now a townsland in the parish of Murroe/Boher - but it used to be the old name for the parish, Mongfune ,Tobermalug and Boher are also townsland in the parish.

I Didnt find any record in Murroe for Patrick and Margaret Fogarty - the tradition at the time was for people to get married in the brides parish - so it may be possible that she was from a neighbouring parish.
