I checked the free site www.irishgenealogy.ie and it appears there was no civil record of the marriage. A civil record would have provided the names of the fathers of the bride and groom as well as where they were living when married. I also checked the subscription site Roots Ireland and did not find a baptismal record for Mary Costello in the Delvin RC parish records. Perhaps she was baptized in another parish but without having her parents names, there is no way to confirm any record located. Also did not find a Michael Keegan baptismal record in Delvin around 1852 or earlier.
Do you have any other information?
