Sologhead is in County Tipperary, but, records overlap.
The registration district for there is Tipperary TOWN.

https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000632759#page/84/mode/1up I found a birth entry on the Catholic Parish Registers at NLI. It is dated 2/5/1878 but unfortunately the baby's name is smudged, the good news is the parents are William Harding and Mary Hacket, the sponsors are Patrick Kelly and Johanna Harding. The name Johanna Harding has appeared in the birth records of two of William Harding/Mary Davern's children's birth registrations. Remember the father of William Harding is also William , from the marriage cert. Sologhead Microfilm 02499/02. I believe that William Harding's parents are William Harding and Mary Hacket.

I finally found Mary Davern born Feb 1878 to a William Davern and Anne Browne

The death Cert of both Mary and William Harding are correct.  But the year of birth for William Harding is a bit of a muddle.  According to the census of 1911 he was age 53, therefore is year of birth is 1858 but his death cert makes his year of birth 1863.   I will check out both years or around them times.
