I searched deaths in Omagh from 1911 to 1971. There were just 2 Mary Mulholland deaths in that period. One was on 30.12.1934 aged 74 (so born c 1860) and the other on 29.2.1968 aged 57 (so born c 1911). Neither age fits very well, as your ancestor looks to have been born c 1874. The 1968 death is far too young and couldn’t have died in the workhouse as it closed in 1948.
If you want to see the details of the 1934 death you need to log on to the GRONI site and pay £2.50 to view it.
