Have you tried searching for the family in the 1901 census records? If you can find them in this there may be other children mentioned. You can search these here: http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search/

Otherwise any other births in the family would have been recorded in church and civil registration records, however without a name and date these will be difficult to search.

There are some websites online where you can try however:

www.familsearch.org Has some church records available

www.rootsireland.ie has a large collection of Church records, however you have to pay to search these.

My Thomas may have been from another place in Ireland But I do know he was in Clonmel for sure between 1884 and 1887 when he had a daughter and son there . We might have a connection but it may just be wishful thinking on my part ..
