McGuire name Leitrim

Do you know her parents names? Many RC parishes in Co. Leitrim do not have records back to 1831. I searched on the subscription site Roots Ireland and there were Margaret McGuire baptismal records in Co. Leitrim in 1825 1827 1833 1834. Without parents names, we can't tell if any of these records pertain to your ancestor.

I also looked for Margaret McGuire baptismal records in Youghal and there were records in 1824 1825 1826 1827 1828 1829 1833. Again parents names would be needed to confirm any of these records.

Thanks so much.  I think her Father's name was Michael born circa 1812.  I had thought there was a birth record for her in Youghal but recently someone said no record???

I checked the Youghal baptismal records on the subscription site Roots Ireland and there were four possible Margaret Maguire/McGuire baptismal records with father Michael in 1826 1828 1829 1833. Need to know the mother's maiden name to confirm.

As I indicated before many Co. Leitrim RC parishes do not have records back to 1831. I found one possible lead in Co. Leitrim on Roots Ireland        Margaret Maguire baptized May 15 1827 Cloone RC parish father Michael Maguire mother Anne O'Brien

thanks  the problem is that I only have records after this for Cardiff.  My GGparents got married there 1856.      From Wales 1861 Margaret McGuire gave her dob as 1833 then 1832 then 1831 I cannot find 1891 but in 1901 she was still born 1831 in Youghal.  I have no idea what her Mother's name was.  There was the older Michael McGuire staying with them at the earlier census in Wales so ? Father  but no Mother.  Michael McGuire is the Dad on the marriage cert.  There are so many Margaret Barrys and not a lot of help from other trees.  My best connection so far is by dna cheers
