I am planning on a vacation to Ireland in early October.
Does anyone have any information about McQuiston in Northern Ireland?
In particular, I am researching my family background and have located a man named William Hugh McQuiston who was born somewhere in Ireland around 1800. He moved to the USA sometime between 1830-1852.
Does anyone have any information on the McQuiston family in northern ireland?

Griffiths Valuation (1850s/60s) lists about 20 McQuiston households. All in Counties Antrim or Londonderry only. A few in Belfast, the rest in rural areas:
