Hello Marnie.....my great, great grandfather was Micheal O'Farrell,born September 28, 1816. His parents were Judith Walle and Thomas Farrell of lower grange, grangesilvia (Goresbridge). All this information is from his diary which my cousin has,,,,,I believe his grandfather was likely Micheal also, as the O' added to a name usually means grandson of......He left Goresbridge on April 13,1842 and emigrated to Canada....his parents names are certain, as they are recorded in Canadian marriage records, and I have Irish records of Judith Walle's birth in Thomastown and further back on her side but am unable (so far) to identify any more Farrell's for certain. Please feel free to write back if this sounds at all possible,,,,also Farrell, Thomas is recorded in lower grange in the ordance Survey, Thanks Etufaye
