Michael Kehoe of Galway

I searched the subscription site Roots Ireland for all of Ireland and did not locate a baptismal record for a Kehoe child with father Patrick Kehoe and mother Mary Hackett. Likely the baptism for Michael occurred in a Galway parish that does not have records back to 1828.

Have you considered DNA testing? Possibly you will have matches with 3rd or 4th cousins who have more information on the origins of the family.

Hi Roger,  Thanks for your help.  I have never even found any Kehoe and Hackett families together in the same parish in Galway,  Wondering if I should be looking in a different county.  Thought I had it made when I found Michael's marriage certificate stating his parents name and Galway residens,,lol. That was 30 yrs ago. I have done my DNA but no links so far.
