I’m trying to locate my Great Grandads twin brother . They where born in Gorthaganny South Artagh Co Roscommon in 1871 . My Great Grandad was John Morris and his twin was James . Their parents where Mark Morris and Mary Duffy.
They had siblings Eugene ( Owen) , Michael , Catherine , Annie , Patrick , Mary. My Great Grandad came over to England married my Great Grandma who was from Kilmovee in Co Mayo and settled in Westyorkshire England . Unfortunately I can’t find anything at all regarding James and didn’t even know he had a twin until I began doing our tree.
Anŷ help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't see a baptismal record for James. Maybe he died at birth and was baptized by a parent.

Hi Roger
He was baptised the same day as John. I’ve actually just found a James that was born the exact same day as my James that went to the USA and married . He died 3 year later but I’m unsure if it’s my James .

I'm mystified. I can't find the James record on Roots and I've tried a number of different searches. At least, you found the record but I can't figure out why I'm not able to retrieve the record.
