Mulqueeney Pat (rick?)  male                  birth year 1811   This family left County Clare and arrived in Adelaide departing from Plymouth England. I am wondering if the 13 year old female listed is Eliza Mulqueeney

Hi Eileen, thank you for your reply. The Elizabeth Jane you found is the right one. However, the Patrick O'Loughlin captured in your 1857 emigration record is a different, and younger O'Loughlin. Patrick and Eliza left Plymouth together aboard the Caucasian on 10/9/1857, arriving in Adelaide on Christmas Day. I don't have their marriage record, but it appears they were married in 1857 before emigrating. That marriage record would be helpful. They both arrived under the O'Loughlin surname. There are clues that Eliza's parents were Patrick and Jane, Patrick being born in 1820, apparently in Ennistymon. I've found it challenging trying to trace this side of my family, so all clues and hints are very much welcomed. Kind regards, Neil.
