Hi, i am looking for my Murphy ancestors. My grandad was called Patrick, my gran was called Kathleen born 1912, They got married and had seven boys one of which is my father John Francis(Johnny) he was born in 1931-32 in Tuam and one girl called Mary(Maureen)born in 1943. My gran Kathleens maiden name was Murphy, i believe she had a step sister(not sure of name)

Hi, Not sure what year patrick was born, guessing it was around 1912 and yes he was from Tuam. Patrick & Kathleen were Murphys and Kathleen's maiden name was also Murphy

I had found a Patrick Murphy born around 1900 in Tuam but that won't work if he was born around 1912. 1911 census won't work either. Do you have their death records to see if you can identify their parent's names?

Hi, Patrick died in December 1966 and Kathleen died 5th July 1988, both died in Manchester England.

My grandad was 60years old when he died so he was born 1906, i have no records of them.

Hi, do not know if grandad had siblings, my gran only had a step sister, don't remember her first name just that she was also a Murphy. Would it help to give you their childrens names etc.
