I`m looking for any people who also have an interest the my family names of Doran, Keogh,Roe and Rowe

   the latet  Roe is my direct blood line   and have found records  spelt   Roe Rowe and Rae  from the actual records being transcribed and written incorrectly 

  I`d love to hear from anyone else who are researching these names

    These are all the different ways you spell Roe.My great grandfather was spelt Roe yet it changed to Rowe.When the Catholics where being persecuted in Ireland they dropped the W so they would not be penalised.This what I have learned while researching my family.We are Catholics,and I still have family around Portloise.
