Hi

I'm looking for information related my some of my family.
I believe that John O'Halloran was born in this town in around 1859. I think his father was Thomas and his mother was Julia Joyce.
I don't have much else to go on other than that.

  • Anthony, I only see one birth that matches some of your criteria, in 1863 in there is a Thomas Halloran born to a John Halloran, mother Julia Joyce in Cloonclare in Leitrim, 

    I could find no other children born to this couple in Ireland from 1849 to 1869.

    Thanks for the reply.

    His name is definitely John O'Halloran, born to Thomas O'Halloran and Julia Joyce. I know the name was sometimes further anglicised to Halloran.

    I only have a hunch he was born in Sixmilebridge because I had seen someone on Ancestry note thagt his father Thomas O'Halloran was born there around 1830. No source unfortunately.

    I've hit a brick wall with this particular branch of my tree.
