You may be interested in having a look at the Sixmilebridge parish registers which have been transcribed online through the Clare Library website.  The link is here:

I took a quick look at the registers for you but did not find these names with a Honora Halloran as a mother.  Sixmilebridge parish is also associated with the civil parish of Kilfintinan and I have looked attheir records.  It appears that Ballyliddane West is where your family may have comefrom and there is a baptism record for Patrick O'Reagan dated 12 Mary 1847 whose father is Patrick and whose mother is Honora Halloran.  This family's residence is Ballyliddane West.  His sponsors were:  Patrick Halloran and Anne Halloran.  I see that most of the O'Reagan families resided either in Ballyliddane West or Ballyliddane East.  The link for the Cratloe parish baptism  registers (Civil parish is Kilfintinan) here:  http://www.clarelibrary.ie/eolas/coclare/genealogy/don_tran/bmd/baptism_records_cratloe_1802-1877.htm

I am one of the transcribers of County Clare, I have completed transcriptions for Cratloe, Parteen, Doonas, Killaloe and O'Gonnelloe.

Your request is too vague, can you please provide more detail and what you are looking for? Why do you say the person is Bridget O'Regan or Hourigan, with a brother Michael and possible mother Hanorah O'Halloran, where have you looked where did you get this information to make this assumption?  i.e. Death/Birth/Marriage Certificate, Migration Papers???

"I'm looking to find some more info on a Bridget O'Regans (Hourigan??) family, she was born about 1837, she had a brother Michael, her mothers name was Hanorah Ohalloran (or something similar) I believe her fathers name might have been Patrick."
