Cappoquin is a small picturesque village in Co. Waterford.  Civic registration began in 1864 in Ireland so theoretically you should be able to find Margarets birth cert in government archives.  You would need to contact www.groireland.ie to apply for her birth cert.  However it took a little while for things jto catch on here at that time, but while everybody might not have registered a childs birth with the gov of the day, they certainly baptised their children.  You may be able to find her baptismal cert at www.rootsireland.ie. Keep you search broad at first and gradually introduce parent's names.  Keep an open mind on dates too.

Have you searched the passenger lists to Queensland?  I found a Margaret Keane who arrived in Queenland in July 1881 on the ship Famenoth.

Hi Bill: rec'd info. you are the new Ennis Parish liaison. To that end y question; have been looking for info. re: Great Grandmother baptized in Ennis. Bridget Burke born Feb. 1, 1825, Jasper's Pound. We hold family writings Bridget confirmed baptized in Ennis, her Godparents Mike Considine and Mary Cron. Unable to uncover any information. Can you help or suggest a path to discovery in Ennis. Her parents Patrick Burke born Jasper Pound and Honora Kane born 1796 in what is transcribed to sound like "Strawberry" (same area cannot find). Believe other Burke family baptized in Ennis - there were 8-siblings.  Thanks, kind regards
