I'm trying to find Patrick's parents. I’ve been told his Father might be John Doyle Cullen - can u confirm?

Born circa 1776 in Cashel Tipperary
Convicted in Kilkenny for 7 years in March 1800 .
Transported to Australia on the "Atlas1", left Cork 29/11/1801, arrived Sydney Cove 6/7/1802. Wife: Elizabeth McNamara - married 20/9/1811 Sydney
Died: 21/2/1822 Pitt Town, Windsor.

    Baptismal records for he RC parish of Cashel start in November 1793 so there would be no baptismal record for Patrick Cullen if he was from Cashel.  https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0253
