Derrymacausey townland is in Kinawley civil parish. The RC records for Kinawley start in 1835 and the records for the two neigboring parishes (Knockinny and Kilesher) start in 1855. So likely no baptismal record for Rose is available. The marriage would have occurred in Rose's parish but when I check the subscription site FindMyPast, I can't find a record. What year was the oldest child born?

Thanks so much for responding.  Rose's first child was born April 15, 1836.  Hopefully that's a help.

Jane - 1836

Owen - 1839

Mary J. - 1843

Catherine - 1849

Rose - 1850

Anne - 1853

William J. - 1860

I searched on FindMyPast and did not see any of the baptismal records. I also went to the Kinawley parish register and the April 15th baptismal record for Jane is not there.

So likely the family attended one of the nearby parishes that does not have records back to the 1830s/1840s.
