I searched on the subscription site Roots Ireland and did not see a marriage record for Samuel Davis and Mary Delaney and also did not locate the baptismal record for George.

You did not mention the religious denomination. If they were RC then records likely do not exist. If Church of Ireland possibly records exist locally or in the Representative Church Library in Dublin. However, you would need to know the parish.
