I am looking to bring my grandfather to Ireland soon but I would like to know where his ancestors came from. His last name is McLaughlin.
McLaughlan/McLoughlin is a common name in Donegal, Derry and Tyrone.
My McLaughlins came from Roscommon, John came to Massachusetts with brother Michael. I think they came here 1860's.
