Do you have anymore information that you can post on Mary or Neil? Do you know what parish in Donegal they came from? Do you know their religious denomination? These are important in determining which records are relevant to your search.

Do you know much about their emigration, for example where they entered Canada? More information was generally given at the port of arrival, so hopefully you may be able to find a placename if you look in to this.
