I'm looking to follow my Donald roots in Ireland and have hit a block at Thomas Donald b. 1845 Tipperary. Any recommendations for how to pursue this further? Thanks in advance

The subscription site Roots Ireland has a February 13 1845 baptismal record for a Thomas McDonald in the Moycarkey RC parish. Parents were Martin McDonald and Mary Graham. I would treat this reocrd as a lead. The family lived in Coolcroo townland in Twomileborris civil parish. Do you have any information on the names of any siblings to Thomas?
