Mary Jane's father was unknown; recall that above no father was listed on the marriage record.

This looks to be Mary Jane Kelly in the 1901 census:
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Tyrone/Kilskeery/Derryallen/1740609/
This looks to be Thomas Fyffe in the 1901 census with his father:
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Tyrone/Kilskeery/Scree…
This looks to be Thomas Fyffe’s father James, who died 5 months before Thomas & Mary Jane married in 1907:
James was an RIC pensioner. RIC records on Ancestry indicate he joined the police in 1859 and was pensioned in 1877 when serving in Sligo. He was receiving a pension of £28 a year. He also left a will which should be in PRONI in Belfast. Can be viewed free if you go in person, or you can pay PRONI to copy it. Abstract here:
Probate of the Will of James Fyffe late of Derryallen County Tyrone Retired Policeman who died 15 May 1907 granted at Londonderry to Thomas Fyffe Grocer.
Thomas Fiffe/Fyffe was born in Omagh in 1877. His mother was Sara O’Loughlin:
Sarah died in 1878:
James and Sarah married in Omagh in 1875:
