Thomas Slattery

According to www.findmypast.ie (a subscription site so unfortuantely I can't provide the link), a Thomas Slattery was born Apr-Jun 1929 in Glenmaddy, Galway. Mother's maiden name was Ward. 

This marriage cert on www.irishgenealogy.ie is a perfect match for his parents, making them James Slattery and Margaret Ward. It also provides their father's names - Patrick Slattery and James Ward, which brings you back a generation further.
