Thomas Smith RIC posted to Wicklow 1870

I am looking for info on Thomas Smith Sub inspector RIC. He was posted to Wicklow in 1870 from Dungannon co Tyrone.  He retired about 1876 and lived in Dublin  in 1884. I am trying to find out where in Wicklow he lived.  Two of his children were married at churches in co Dublin Kilternan and Dun Laoghaire, so I think that Thomas may have been near Bray.  I am trying to find if his wife Frances Jane Mooney died when he lived in co Wicklow and where she is buried.   Thank you
