The Tithes were compiled between 1823 and 1837 in order to determine the amount
which occupiers of agricultural holdings over one acre should pay in tithes to the Church of Ireland
It states ,name(s) of occupiers, the amount of land held and the sums to be paid in tithes
http://www.connorsgenealogy.com/LIM/index.htm
The above website contain a lot of the Tithes for Limerick
The old parish of Tuogh is part of the new Parish of Cappamore
http://www.connorsgenealogy.net/LIM/cappamore.htm
There is one Patk Richardson Living in the townsland of Bilbao in the parish of Cappamore
Doon Is a separate parish to Cappamore - There are 3 Patk Richardson in Parish of Doon
in 3 townsland of Bilboa ,Doon and Kilmoylan Upper
http://www.connorsgenealogy.com/LIM/DoonTithes.htm
Note : Bilboa Townsland is right on the border between Doon and Cappamore so it likely(but not 100%) that it is the same Patrick in Both of Tithe List
Note Also that it is a possibility that only one Patrick Richardson owns all the land
Hope this helps.

I have been researching what I think is this same Patrick richardson family and have built up a reasonable amount of informationn on them, but would like to learn more, particularly relating to when this family originally dame to the Doon area. I would greatly appreciate if you would contact me directly at cantobre@eircom.net.
