Hi,
This man would appear to have been born in the parish of Rathsallagh, Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow. A check of cemeteries in Churchtown via Find a Grave did not show any result and no record found for him in 1922 on www.irishgenealogy.ie or www.irishnewspaperarchives.com.
There is a web site www.tipperarybrigade.com which may have information on him.
Regards,
McCoy
