1863 DEATHS. March 13, at his father’s residence, 20, Merchant's-quay, of consumption, James Nicholas, eldest son of James Patrick Tyrrell, Esq. His remains will be removed on next Monday, 18th instant for interment to Glasnevin Cemetery, at ten 'o’clock. FJ 14 March 1863

    THE WHISKEY TRADE IMPORTANT PROSECUTION Yesterday in the Southern division of the Police Court, Mr. C. J. O'Donel presiding, Mr. Henry John Tyrrell, T. C., merchant, 20 Merchants'-quay, appeared in answer to a summons issued in the name of Mr Henry Roe distiller Thomas-street, for "that he on the 11th day of January, 1878, did apply or cause or procure to be applied to certain whiskey, not being the article intended be denoted thereby a certain trade mark of compliance with intent to defraud." etc.
