Cornelius Walsh was born about 1839 in Limerick, Barony:Coonah. We believe maybe Oola. His father was Morgan Wash and Mary Ryan. I found a record in Griffith's Valuation between 1847-1864 for Morgan Walsh. Just wondering if anyone is related to my ancestors. Cornelius Walsh appears in Australia, where he marries Bridget Elizabeth Connelly.

RootsIreland has a record for the baptism of Cornelius Walsh, son of Morgan Walsh, Mary Ryan. Baptized 22 Jan. 1843. His address: Moanaviddoge. RC parish: SOLOHEAD & OOLA. Witnesses: Jn Fitzgerald, Jna Ryan.
They have a second record for the baptism of Cornelius Walsh, son of Morgan and Mary, on 16 Jan. 1844. Address: Monard Same parish. Witnesses: Mary Quillinan, Gerald Fitzgerald.
It looks like the first Cornelius died and the next child was given the same name, which was often done.I hope this is helpful.
