Hello:
Neil Ward (born c1804) of County Roscommon married Mary Sharp (born c1803) of County Donegal. With son, John Ward (born 1832). The family left Ireland about 1833 and came to Upper Canada.

hello bob im researching the ward family co mayo i have found my g/g/gandads baptism record back in 1821 killconduff (swinford area)found the parish church on an ordanance map just up the road from swinford wonder if this may be any connection in the ward family .the parents for john wards baptism were MCHL(micheal)WARD farther and catherine ward (ne solan) mother.witnesses farrel ward .hope this may be a link .
