My Dad was born and raised on Evergreen Road in Cork City. What would my civil parish be?

I believe it is Cork City Civil Parish.
What was your Dads surname and what year. (if your dad is deceased you can put his Christian name)
Raheen and Cooleen is the area now. in 1911 it was Cork no. 5 Urban (part of)
As this is on the south side of the city maps show the Parish Church names. The name would help thanks.
