I did search the subscription site Roots Ireland and located the marriage record in February 1857. See below. From the baptismal record in December 1857, it appears the family was living in Robinstown townland in Duncormick civil parish. Since there are no other baptismal records, presumably your family left for America as you indicated.

I did some further searches in the Rathangan RC records and found a baptismal record for a Patrick Whelan in 1836. I also found two Anty/Anastasia records in 1834 and 1836. Transcriptions are posted below.
