Does anyone know of James Coghlan who lived in Granite Cottage, Ulverton Rd near the service station in Dalkey from at least 1887 to 1894? Was he the man who had a shop in Careysfort Ave, Blackrock in 1848? Pharmacist, Charles Louis Coghlan, later lived in Granite Cottage so were they related?
Also does anyone know of Kent Cottage, Dalkey, where Christopher Coghlan lived circa 1900?

Hi, appears we have no one with local knowledge of the area but it will have changed a lot in the meantime. You could consider try to see if there is an area Facebook page as there are a lot of both public and private pages dealing with genealogy history and old photos.
