You haven’t said what denomination the Crowe/Anderson couple were. However their marriage was before the start of statutory marriage registration in Ireland (April 1845 for non RC and 1864 for RC). So you won’t find a marriage certificate for them. You might find their marriage in church records but to do that you need to know what denomination and which church. (There are about 150 churches in Belfast and not all have records from that period that have survived). What does survive isn’t all on-line either. So difficult to research.

Death registration started in 1864. I searched for a Barbara Anderson death in the Belfast areas 1864 – 1915 but did not find one, suggesting perhaps she died before 1864. John Anderson is a fairly common name. There were several hundred who died in Ireland in the period 1864 – 1915. Two in Belfast. One in 1870 aged 86, another 1872 aged 73. You could have a look at either of those to see if they might be ruled in or out. I could not find anyone named Thomas or Mary Crowe of the right age who died in Belfast 1864 – 1905.
