My 3rd great granmother, Mary Anne Lavery immigrated to Montreal, Canada sometime in the early 1820's. Her parents' names were: William Lavery, born in the mid to late 1700's, and Mary Gillespie. She had a sister Martha and a brother John, both of whom also moved to Canada. Does anyone recognize this family?

Hopefully the names will ring a bell to someone and that you will be able to make a connection.
Finding records for the family might be a bit problematic as they earlier records might not exist or are not transcribed.

I am from Montreal and a Lavery. My grandfather was Robert Lavery and my grandmother was Margaret Young. I believe they came to Canada around 1900. Both were from Belfast I think.
