This looks to be your family in the 1901 census in the townland of Carmavy:

and in 1911:

That farm was plot 8 in Carmavy, which was a pub, a farmhouse, outbuildings and 39 acres of land. Today that property is on Carmavy Lane, near Belfast International Airport. The pub has gone (according to the revaluation records it passed out of Millar hands in 1916) but the farm is still likely to be there. It was still in Wm Millar?s name in 1930. There are paper valuation records in PRONI, Belfast, which go up to the 1960s which will tell you how long it remained in Millar hands.
There are no Millars in Carmavy in the current phone book but a lot of people are ex-directory so that is not conclusive.
Likely death for Martha Millar was registered in Antrim town Jan ? Mar 1910 Vol 1, page 5. Est year of birth 1834.

Thanks so much for a very quick reply. So glad to hear that the house may still be standing, as I am planning a trip to Ireland next year. (I live in Ottawa, Canada). Also nice to know that it is close to the airport. William Sr died in 1916, but had a son William, b 1874, who may have taken over the farm. Martha's death in 1910 was the only one I could find also, but at 25 (no pound sign) was a bit much to order for verification.
Thank You so much again for all your help,
Peggy

Peggy,
William Millar?s death registered Antrim town Oct ? Dec 1916 Vol 1, page 2. Est year of birth 1834.
Not sure where you were looking for death certs at ?25 each but you can get them for a lot less than that. For deaths up to 31.12.1921, you can get them from GRO Roscommon for ?4 each (that?s euros). (around 5.50 in Canadian dollars). For events after 1921, you need to go to GRONI. They charge ?15 per cert.
For certs from Roscommon, put the place, year, quarter (where there is one), volume & page number on the application form (anywhere). http://www.groireland.ie/ You have to post or fax the form to them but they will e-mail the copy certificate to you if you wish. Put ?please e-mail to?..? clearly on the top of the form.
Carmavy road is more or less at the bottom of the east/west runway at Belfast Int Airport. The planes must go right over the farm when they land. Looking at the farm on Google Earth (Carmavy Lane BT29), I can see it has several older buildings which surely date back to the early 1900s if not earlier, so though there may have been some changes, it still appears to be a working farm, and they still have some of the older buildings. (Often they have been replaced).
