Very little information on the surname Hoath. No Hoaths in the Tithe listings or the Griffiths Valuation. I found one1754 baptism in Dublin on www.irishgenealogy.ie 

I also looked on Roots Ireland www.rootsireland.ie There were 12 Hoath (or variant name) baptismal records on Roots but no Roberts. 7 of the 12 were in Co. Louth, 4 in Co. Galway and 1 in Co. Dublin.

                       1820-1860 3

                       1860-1900 3

Roots is a pay site to view a transcription of a church record.

I also looked for Julia Harris baptisms on Roots from 1800-1840 and only found one--1839 in Co. Waterford, too late for your interests.
