Nichols of Loughgall

I found the 1901 and 1911 census records for the family in Corcullentragh. Henry died between 1901 and 1911. I looked for a death index record at www.familysearch.org with no success but did find a baptismal index record for their son Robert Henry. 1901 census indicates that Henry was born in England. I assume you tried to contact the Church of Ireland in Loughall to see if they have the marriage record? http://ireland.anglican.org/information/dioceses/parish/10340

I checked on a pay site and located a death index record for a Henry Nichols in 1910 in the Lurgan registration district which is the district for Corcullentragh. The only problem is the age is 10 years off. If you are interested, you can contact the GRO www.groireland.ie to get a copy of this record. Fill out their form and provide the quarter/year of death, registration district and the volume and page number ( 1 and 488). Costs around 4 euros.

Thanks for the info very much appreciated starting to make tracks now but feel that am hitting my head of a brick wall, the marrage Cert i cant find anyware in Ireland of Henry & Margaret ore the birth Cert of Thomas J Nichols born 1866 unless it took place out side of Ireland to make matters worse Thomas J Nichols changed the name to Nicholson when he moved to Scotland the only good thing is Scots records are easy to come by so i will plow on and hope i will get a break through.......here's hopping.
