I searched on Roots Ireland and the only baptismal record I could locate was in 1832. See below. The record was in Bagenalstown parish. There is a Ballyloughan townland in Sliguff civil parish which is not too far from Agha parish. Not sure if this is the record for your ancestor.

Thank you so much! I have a feeling that it is my ancestor, because the birth month is correct but even though the birth year you cite is 7 years prior to the one I had, I have an 1870 US Census that lists his age as 15 years older than what he would have been had he been born in 1839.  I've seen huge discrepancies in birth years for some of my ancestors.  

At least now I have a place to start digging!
