just confirming am i in the right parish for this query 

1852 circa birth thomas william dycher son of william dycher and sarah worthington dycher of powerstown carlow and now of cloghristick ballygowan (north of leighlin/nurney kilkenny road ) county carlow 

and probably left this area and returned 

1869 may 3rd clogdah ballygowan birth elizabeth dycher to william dycher and sarah worthington dycher of powerstown and now of clogdah ballygowan

1879 may 28th carlow church of ireland cloydagh wedding edward richard obrien of ballinasloe to sarah jane dycher of milford 

1880 january 19th carlow church of ireland congregation cloydagh cloydah church parish of cloydah diocese of leighlin wedding of joseph mcgowan full age bachelor army sergt from milford father william mcgowan farmer marraige to mary anne dycher full age spinster from milford father william dycher carpenter in church of cloydah by licence thom r greere and witness 1. william dycher and 2 thomas w dycher
